- What is StockY?
- StockY is inventory software for Instagram sellers and small shops. It keeps product photos, stock counts, and reservations in sync across your team — without spreadsheet chaos.
- Does StockY include checkout or payments?
- No. Customers browse public product cards or your shop catalog and message you on Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram to order. You record the sale in StockY.
- How do reservations and orders work?
- Hold a size or quantity for a customer with an automatic expiry so stock does not stay locked. Then move the order from reserved to paid to shipped, and add a Nova Poshta or Meest TTN when you send.
- Can I share products in Instagram Direct?
- Yes. Every product has a public link you can paste in Direct. You can also share the whole shop catalog and generate a caption with price and hashtags.
- Can my team use StockY?
- Invite up to three teammates. Owner and full access can manage the catalog and orders; the stock-only role is for packing and updating quantities.
- Is StockY free?
- You can start for free. Access may include limits such as team size. Paid plans may be introduced later.
- What languages and currencies does StockY support?
- The app is available in English and Ukrainian. Shops can price in UAH, USD, EUR, PLN, or GBP.
